CLASS STATUS
This class has been CONFIRMED. If you plan to attend, and have not already pre-registered, please do so at least three working days prior to the seminar date.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation notice via fax with specific information (i.e. hotel information, location, etc.).
The itinerary is as follows:

Class begins at 9:00 a.m. each day |

Class ends at 4:00 p.m. each day |
|
There will be a mid-morning break |
|
There will be a break for lunch at 12:00 noon, for approximately 1 hour |
|
There will be a mid afternoon break |
|
Please check-in on the first day by 8:30 a.m. for pre-class paperwork |
To qualify for the advance payment amount, you may hand carry payment to the class, or mail your payment so that it is received before the class. Purchase orders and BIA/IHS training forms do not constitute pre-payment, but you must bring a copy of these for the instructor.
It is important that you notify us if you have to cancel your registration. Confirmed registrants must cancel no later than three working days before the start of the class. If you do not do this and do not show, you will be billed a no-show fee of $250 for a 2-day class, $300 for a 3-day class, and $350 for a 4-day class.
