Procurement and fixed asset management is a key function in any organization. Federal funding agencies have now established new sources for procurement and fixed assets. The new ' 638 amendments and the A-102 regulations also impose new property use and management requirements on Tribes. The procurement and fixed assets management system must be changed to respond to the new guidelines. This course provides Tribes with the knowledge and ability to acquire fixed assets and property from all possible sources and to manage these effectively.
