Managing the FRONT DESK: the ROLE OF THE TRIBAL RECEPTIONIST
Tuition:     $425.00 in advance, $450.00 if invoiced

One of the most critical roles in a Tribal organization is the receptionist. This person often provides the first impression of the organization to visitors and clients. If that first impression is good then the visitor or client will generally be satisfied with their visit; if that impression is poor the the visitor will leave with an attitude that the organization's reputation is poor. This seminar provides specific techniques to enable the receptionist to present an effective, personable appearance to all contacts and develop efficient operational skills. This seminar is for all clerical staff.

Key topics include:

bulletThe role of the receptionist
bulletOrganizing the front desk for productivity
bulletTransmitting vital information in an effective manner
bulletPersonal and telephone contact techniques
bulletTime and stress management
bulletRelationships with Tribal staff
