
Registration:
Preregistration is
required. You may register by telephone
or on-line using the registration link found on this web site. Each of our classes requires
a minimum number of students. EARLY
registration will ensure that you are counted
towards that number and that you are informed of the status of the class.
We normally confirm fifteen days prior to class. Please

Hotel
and Travel Reservations:
Participants must make their own hotel and
travel arrangements. We ask that
you do not purchase nonrefundable airline tickets until we confirm
your class. Bill Helmich Associates is not responsible for
your hotel or air fare charges. To
assure hotel accommodations, make your arrangements as far in advance as
possible.
Payment
of Tuition:
Discounts are available for payment in
advance. Attendees may pay the advance payment price if payment is mailed
before the class or if payment is brought to the class. BIA/IHS training
forms and purchase orders are not advance payment and participant must pay the
invoice payment price. Group discounts of 10% are available for groups of
five or more from the same organization when registering for the same
seminar.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
All classes will have their status
decided approximately 15 days before the 1st day of class. Once a class has been
confirmed, we will notify all preregistered individuals via telephone call, and fax
or email that the class
has been confirmed. When you receive your confirmation information, you have until 3
working days before the 1st day of class to cancel with no penalty. Full tuition
will be refunded if you have to cancel and do so according to this policy. We
will assess you a fee for failure to cancel 3 working days prior to
class, or for not appearing at the 1st day of class.
You are representing your organization, and it is
your responsibility to read and understand this policy. You must be able to
confirm the fact that you have cancelled with us to void the no show invoice.
This no show fee should not be paid with Federal funds; if it is paid with
Federal funds it becomes an audit finding.
If you do not show you are
entitled to class materials if you request them and the
"no-show" fee is paid.
Classes:
The seminar hours are from 9:00 am to
4:00 pm daily. The instructor will be available after class for problem
solving and consultation. Certificates will be awarded to all who complete
the course.
MATERIALS:
Textbooks for any class may be purchased
separately. Please contact us for information and pricing.
