STAFF COMMUNICATION SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Communication among employees, regardless of their seniority, is vital. Non verbal communication, typically overlooked, is up to 90% of the communication that occurs in the workplace. This training is designed to expose the participant to both verbal and non-verbal communication skills development. The concepts will be practiced during class time so you can implement them immediately. Properly implemented, these skills create a harmonious and efficient work environment. This seminar is for all Tribal employees, in particular managers and supervisors.
