This seminar provides the participant with tried and proven practical systems for recruiting, interviewing and selecting personnel. This course also provides guidance on the legal considerations of the hiring process and explores the aspects of Indian Preference and other laws in hiring and the relationship to EEO. This seminar is for Human Resource/Personnel staff as well as managers and supervisors.
