Abuse comes from: 1) a need to have power over a situation or individual(s) and 2) not feeling good about yourself. Whether you are on the giving or receiving end, abuse generally continues until you feel good about you. This course helps you resolve both issues. Learn how to set healthy boundaries, ask for what you want, say NO respectfully, and not be afraid to stand up for yourself. This seminar is for Social Services Program personnel, Alcohol and Substance Abuse staff, Mental Health Program associates, Children and Family Services employees, Human Resources/Personnel department, and all program managers/supervisors.
